Rascal Redtail

The protagonist of our adventure. A curious traveler from a faraway land who arrives in the Forest of Love. He's here for the "love" part!

He's more than happy to help the residents with any tasks, and is especially interested in sleeping around (which doesn't carry a negative connotation in the Forest of Love).Though he's a red panda, Rascal points out that this red panda has things that most don't, like a knot, and a lack of swimming skills. I'm sure the knot will be a major plot point later. The knot lore goes deep. Just like the knot does.

Scarlett Tenderpaw

Mother, farmer, and the town gossip!
She’s a lovely bundle of joy~! Very friendly, very compassionate. Not only has she raised several litters, she’s also seen as the mother figure of the town. Many critters seek her council for wisdom, or just a shoulder to cry on. Thus, she’s always in the know of what’s going on! She’s got a thirst for drama and all the juicy details, so she tends to be a bit of a gossip.The bunny and her husband settled down in the forest decades ago when things were a bit more wild. Over the years, they’ve had many promiscuous adventures with many of the critters in town!

Additional info: Peter has a habit of cracking jokes which insinuate that kindly critters are up to no good! He's just playing, of course. Scarlett always reprimands him for it.

Barnaby "Bucky" Webbz

Sculptor, woodworker, general handy-man.The beaver is one of the earlier inhabitants of the forest. He has helped build some of the structures and a majority of the furnishing in the neighbors houses.He’s an old geezer now, but as chipper and cheery as ever! Always wearing a warm smile, and happy to talk to anyone who passes by.

Maverick P. Clamshucker

Young entrepreneur and go-getter!He took over the family business and runs the local shop. Works hard, but plays harder!If he’s not counting money, securing wares for the town, or considering a new prospect — you can find this guy “chilling” with his posse of otters.

Mabel

The forest is home to critters of all sizes~She may be small, but this young mouse is quite the lady. Without revealing too much, we’ll just say, “big things come in small packages.” In more ways than one…

Additional info: though Augustus won't openly admit it, he clearly enjoys paws on his face or in his mouth, as well as using his large tongue on others while they're partway inside his mouth.

A ferret who lived in the distant past.
She was the Forest of Love's "Forest Maiden," leading ritualistic group sex events, often with males.
Augustus knows the most about her.

The plant

Rooted in the dark forest.

Usually tops, but bottoms in special circumstances.

The Fish

A random, yet polite, fish.
Found accidentally in the western lake.

Here are some hints for how to unlock gallery scenes in-game. Keep in mind they don't unlock in order all the time.Rule of thumb: Dates (outside the Musky Mustelid) are unlocked over time. Some may require certain quests or gossips to unlock, or even previous dates. And sometimes you just need to exit and return later.Keep in mind that this is written about the Act 2 Public Launch. After the Getting to Know You quest, Scarlett has a second quest for you.
This comes right after movie 1.
Dustin doesn't like to gossip until after a good race.

Stories:

Mabel has more to gossip about on day two.
Not as early as you'd expect for story 2. It's after the sweater and an otter visit.
Pass some gossip from Scarlett to Penny.
Deliver a package to Augustus.
After story 4, come back later for more. Much later.
You'll need a long otter gossip list for this one!
After two dates with Augustus and Bucky, and after Taking Inventory quest.
A date with Peter and Bucky. By now, you've probably overheard Bucky and Scarlett planning it.
Oliver only tells you this after several dates with the coyotes.
The coyotes like to gossip!
This date will only happen after you get some clothes. It involves Finley and the coyotes.
This date might require story 3 first. It involves Penny and Mabel.
Should be available right after story 2.
After story 3, keep an eye out for a couple dates between these two.
This date will only happen after story 10 and Taking Inventory Quest. It involves the coyotes.
Same as story 15, just gossip again.
At one point, Scarlett welcomes you to ask others if they're a top or bottom. There's one guy in particular that you should try this with.
Dustin wishes to train you. Can you Master being a Novice? (You need movie 6 first. Sometimes you also need to re-visit the glowing stones later in the story.)
